Why Do I Believe I Am An Israelite?

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM AN ISRAELITE?

I have decided to write this post not to boast, but to help my people to see who we are. We are lost, being led into dislike of ourselves as a people because we do not know that we are the chosen people of Yahuah, selected above all other people that are upon the face of the earth (Deut 7:6). Now isn’t this worth telling our people?

It is my belief that the Most High has shown me who I am, in order for me to help sound the trumpet and wake up his sleeping people: the house of Israel…the dry bones (Ezekiel 37).

Most who do not understand the election of YAHUAH will say, it doesn’t matter who we are. I do not believe he gave me revelation to keep it and say it does not matter. What’s more, I plan a series of posts that should show beyond a doubt, that it absolutely does matter who we are.

His “election,” cannot be trivialized. Hopefully, I will look at that in more detail soon.

So I want to write this post to show that as a people, we did not just get up and say, “we are Israelites.” The Most High has shown some of us deeper revelations that put this question beyond a doubt.

TRANS-ATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE

Deuteronomy 28 in particular details the curses of the law that matches up our lives and experiences as a people. Read it and see how it shows up the descendants of the trans-Atlantic slave trade. Verse 68 is specifically telling.

Deu 28:68 And YAHUAH shall bring thee into Egypt (bondage/slavery: see Exo 20:2) again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen (slave men) and bondwomen (slave women), and no man shall buy you.

It tells of going into bondage with ships. The massive movement of people from West Africa into the Americas as slaves via slave ships fulfills this prophecy like none other.

Millions of Hebrews who were residing in West Africa were taken on these slave ships. Ship records show many of the names of these people included the word Yah (Hebrew abbreviated name of the Father). Others have the name “El” in their names. This is from the title erroneously translated as “God” by English speaking writers.

This is a sure sign of Hebrew heritage. Many of the Hebrew names we have in our English bibles have the name YAH or YAHU in them. YirmeYahu (Jeremiah), YeshaYahu (Isaiah), MatitYahu (Matthew), Yahu (Jehu), Yahusha (Jesus).

CAPTIVITY, REPENTANCE AND FORGIVENESS

The word says his people are scattered over the four corners of the earth, but in our captivity we will repent and call out to him, then he will hear us.

2 Chron 6:37 – 39 Yet if they bethink themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned, we have done amiss, and have dealt wickedly;

If they return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their captivity, whither they have carried them captives, and pray toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, and toward the city which thou hast chosen, and toward the house which I have built for thy name:

Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee.

HIS PEOPLE WILL BE HIDDEN

Next, we must know that his people will not know who we are:

Isa 1:2-3 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for YAHUAH hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me. The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.

He also told us we would discontinue from our heritage.

Jer_17:4 And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.

So look for a people who have no idea who they really are.

That verse above in Jeremiah 17:4, will happen when these people are in exile in another Nation that their fore-parents did not know. As said before, they will be taken to that place into slavery with ships (Deut 28:68).

SUMMARY OF WHO ISRAELITES WILL BE IN THE LAST DAYS

So to summarize so far, it shows that his chosen people will not know whose they are nor who they are. They will be carried away as slaves in a strange land, being transported by ship. Deuteronomy tells us we will be in a strange land, with a strange language (English, Spanish) and a strange religion (Christianity).

We have been forced to forget out heritage, our names, our history. We have become a proverb and a by-word. We are hated by the other nations for no apparent reason. There is none other people in the world that so perfectly fits the prophecies of the Bible than the negroes in the Americas.

Note I am not saying these are the only Israelites, nor all negroes in the Americas are Israelites. Rather, among these are the Israelites that YAHUAH has chosen to reveal in these end times above all others in the world at this time. This is because they are of the tribe of Judah. Judah always goes first:

Jdg 1:2 And YAHUAH said, Judah shall go up: behold, I have delivered the land into his hand.

MY PERSONAL REVELATION (FEAST DATES SIGN)

Apart from the obvious matching up of our people with biblical prophecies, the Most High also used powerful signs using his Feast Dates to show us that my family is a family of Israelites. What is the relevance of the feast dates that led me to say this?

His law was given to only one people (the children of Israel).

Deu 4:6 -8 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

For what nation is there so great, who hath Elohiym so nigh unto them, as YAHUAH our Elohiym is in all things that we call upon him for?

And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?

Here is a precept for confirmation of my point:

Psa 147:19 – 20 He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye YAHUAH.

So His feasts  of course, is from his law and were given to the children of Israel and to none other nation.

Lev 23:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of YAHUAH, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.

Let me re-iterate. There is no record of his feasts being given to any other nation. Therefore my point? YAHUAH would never give this sign (shown graphically below) to a gentile people. He would only have given it to an Israelite.

The perfect alignment of feast dates in 2015 (shown in chart below) has a probability of occurring of at least one in 6.5 trillion. It gets even more statistically impossible when one studies it and sees the perfect order of these matches (in order of dates of birth, generation, ages and gender).

When one takes those into consideration, there is no number that could reflect the true value of this probability. In essence, this means it should be naturally impossible to occur.

Also, it was the year of the blood moons matching up with the feast dates. and we know he gave both the lights and the feasts as a sign to his people.

Gen 1:14 And Elohiym said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons (moediym/feasts, appointed times), and for days, and years:

What this sign shows me as well, is that he had us on his mind before the beginning of time to wake up his people in this time (at the end of our time of bondage).

PROPHETESS

Additionally, he sent a prophetess to me to tell me I am an Israelite. Well, I rejected it for months, having then been in what I call Churchianty (did not consider myself a Christian, but sitting in a church).  There, I was taught that it does not matter who we are. So any attempt at even consider the possibility is pushed aside. Then, I thought it makes no difference.

Eventually though, a combination of all the above factors, it led me to start studying the prophecies pointing to who the children of Israel will be in these times. At the same time, I did historical research of the origins of the tribes from which people in my country originated.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WHO WE ARE

In the end, it was as they say, a no-brainer. A combination of all the above plus the confirmation of the Holy Spirit, left me no doubt: not only to who I am, but also as to the importance of who we are as a people.

However, a little after while I accepted who I was, it became blatantly clear to me that we cannot truly understand scripture unless we understand who we are. I couldn’t believe what I was missing, what was right there before mine eyes.

The whole Bible now took on a different meaning and things I could not understand now make sense. All the pieces of the bible fit together beautifully.

Guess what? This was what I thought when I was in the Congregation of Yahweh, thinking that was the place of truth. Now I see that they are still in the dark, thinking (as I did) that I was in truth. In reality, YAHUAH’S revelation is progressive. They have some truth but…

If we reject new revelations, he will not move us forward. We will be stuck in the level at which we decide to stay. So keep on saying it does not matter. You will remain without further understanding that is vital to the saving of your soul.

That is one of the many spin-offs in accepting who we are. YAHUAH opens up his word to us and his wisdom, knowledge and understanding. What I have received since then still has me stunned, and is further evidence of him showing me, yes, this is who you are. I am an Israelite, called to be set apart. You just may be too.
