Recreating your world

Your world as a child of God was created at salvation but to enjoy it, you need to Recreate it to your taste by filling it with the things you desire. We will be teaching you in this short message how to recreate your world as a Christian.

Let’s pray

Everlasting Father, we pray for the wisdom to recreate our world to reflect your glory in our lives in the name of Jesus Christ. Receive power to recreate your world to the glory of God in the name of Jesus Christ.

Amen.

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the Earth.  And the earth was without form, and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.  And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first days.

Genesis 1:1-5 (KJV)

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth and yet the earth had no form and was void without anything worthwhile and darkness prevailed as a king upon it. This was a wretched condition.

This is the situation of many Christians. God has created a world for them at salvation. This world is without form and void. Darkness seems to be prevailing over their world.

That God created a world doesn’t automatically give form to it or fills it with the good things of life.

It’s shocking to know that in the mist of the formless and void earth created by God, the Spirit of God was moving over it. At salvation, the Spirit of God is given to you as a seal of God upon your life. This Spirit of God though has the capacity to recreate your world will not recreate your world without your input.

You can have the Spirit of God without measure and still die in frustration.

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship so that it was now full. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

Mark 4:37-39 (KJV)

Jesus was in a boat sleeping when a great storm of wind rose. It caused the waves to beat the ship so that it was filled with water and was drowning. Many Christians are drowning in many life circumstances. But it shouldn’t be so.

The disciples didn’t know what to do in this situation. They had to wake Jesus up. When he got up, he rebuked the wind and great calm returned to the sea.

Jesus would have been drowned if he didn’t rebuke the wind. Many children of God have been drowned in the sea of life and much more are drowning because they haven’t rebuked the wind that is steering troubles in their lives.

In our opening scripture, we saw that when God saw that the earth He has isn’t the earth He wished to have, He did some things that gave Him the earth that He desired.

Steps to recreating your world

1.   Be specific about your need.

God didn’t generalize His creation. He was specific about the things He wanted to see in the earth. When His creations came to being, He compared them with the prototype. And all of them matched.

The Bible said when He saw them He said of each of them, “it was good” From His comparison, He saw that His creation was good. If He hadn’t a prior knowledge of the things He wished to see on the earth, He wouldn’t have known if the ones He has was good.

The First step to recreating your world is being specific to the type of world you desire to see.

2.   You’re never at a disadvantage

As a child of God, you can’t be disadvantaged no matter the circumstance. You may say, Pastor, you don’t know what I’m passing through. What you’re passing through, is it as hopeless as a world without form and void.

The bible says in Romans chapter eight verse number twenty-eight, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” It says all things including the one you’re passing through right now. It didn’t say something but all things.

It also didn’t say all things work for good to them that love God no but that all things work together before they can be good.

You can’t be disadvantaged no matter the circumstance. Every seemingly unfavorable situation is a part of the equation that brings the goodness of God to you.

The advantageous one lives in you. No situation can be Him at a disadvantage. Everything is turning around for your good in the name of Jesus.

3.   Never complain.

When you know you can’t be disadvantaged no matter the circumstances, you will never complain rather you will give glory to God knowing full well that good is the end result of what you’re facing at the moment.

When God was creating man as written in Genesis Chapter two verse seven, He molded him out of the dirt. Medically that is dangerous. However, the end result was a perfection of beauty medically certified to have immunity against diseases.

Complaint blocks your access to the limitless resources of recreation. When you complain, the Spirit of God moving over your world stops moving.

And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled, and the fire of the LORD burnt among them and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.

Numbers 11:1 (KJV)

Anytime you complain, you bring God’s wrath upon yourself to destroy your world. Complaint stops the hand of God from working for you.

Never complain no matter the situation.

4.   Don’t Speak of what you’re seeing

When God saw that the earth He created was without form and void, He didn’t complain. He didn’t cry either. He never spoke negative or even spoke about the situation. He refused to speak about what He was seeing because that which we see are temporal (2nd Corinthians 4:18). They were made of things which are eternal. The word of God which lives and abide forever (1st Peter 1:23) creates that which we see.

When we speak of the things which are, we perpetuate their existence. When we speak of the things which we see not with our physical eyes but which we see with our spiritual eyes, we call them forth into existence.

For, where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, what doest thou?

Ecclesiastics 8:4 (KJV)

A king doesn’t speak carelessly. Every word that comes from the mouth of a king has tremendous power to bring change.

You aren’t just a king but a priestly king sent by God to reign on earth (Revelation 5:10). Kings don’t reign with strength. They reign with words. As God’s ordained kings, you can only reign with the word.

5.   Call forth (speak) your specific desire to being.

When God saw that the earth wasn’t the way He wanted it. He didn’t complain rather He spoke the things He desired to see and He saw them. He didn’t form them. He spoke them into existence.

(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Romans 4:17 (KJV)

Take note, God didn’t bring them into existence. He spoke them into existence. What brought them into existence is the Spirit of God that has been moving in the face of the waters doing nothing. The word of God is what put the Spirit of God into action. You can have the Spirit of God without measure but until you speak the word of God, He wouldn’t act on your behalf.

The Spirit of God in you will do nothing until you speak with your mouth what you want (Roman 10:10). He has the capacity to recreate your world but will not until you give Him the raw material which is the word of God spoken through your mouth.

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.

Ezekiel 37:1-4 (KJV)

God will never speak to your situation to change it because He has given you a mouth and His word to cause the change you desire.

For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Luke 21:15 (KJV)

Using this mouth and the wisdom (word) of God to recreate your world is your responsibility, not God’s.

In Ezekiel chapter thirty-seven verses three, we saw how Ezekiel tried to push the responsibility of recreating his world to God. Yes, the situation was terrifying but when God showed him how to turn it around a great testimony came out of it.

From today, no situation will be able to stand against the creative word of God in your mouth in the name of Jesus.

Recreate your world with the word of God in your mouth.

6.   Watch with expectation was they come forth

My son, eat thou, honey because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: 14 So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.

Proverbs 24:13-14 (KJV)

When you find the wisdom of God for recreating your world, then you will be rewarded with the manifestation of your expectation.

When you send the creative wisdom of God into your world to recreate it, expect to see the result. It’s foolishness to invest in something and not expect a result. Expect to see your world take a turn for good.

7.   Give thanks.

Thanksgiving is the seal of acceptance. When you receive a gift, you give thanks in appreciation. And, when you’re expectant and know full well that the one who gave you the promise cannot fail to fulfill it. You give thanks in anticipation to receiving.

God’s will for us in all things is to give thanks. Even in the seemingly bad circumstances, God wills you to give Him thanks for it because He is working something good out of it.

In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)

Why is thanksgiving that important to receive from God?

Because the promise is only delivered to us when we have done the will of God and the will of God for us here is to give thanks.

Thanksgiving positions you to receive that which God has already delivered to you through Christ Jesus.

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Hebrews 10:36 (KJV)

The promise has been delivered we need only give thanks for us to receive it.

To recreate your world, it must have been created at salvation. So if you’re not yet saved, you can’t recreate your world. This is a good opportunity to kick-start the process of recreating your world. So say the following prayers with me from the depth of your heart with all sincerity.
