God isn’t looking for the perfect

God isn’t looking for the Perfect people to be with, He is looking for the imperfect, the rejected, the despised, the down trodden, the forgotten, the sinners, etc of this world to manifest His own perfection through them.

Jesus Speaking in the Book of Mark 2:17 said, “…They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

From the beginning, God has never called the perfect. He has nothing to offer them. God has always been in the business of calling the reject and redecorating them to the astonishment of the world around them. God wants to make you an envy of the world around.

No matter what you have done, no matter how people see and treat you. There is someone who loves you so much and wants to redecorate your life for good. I want to introduce him to you. But before I do, I want you to take a look at those whom he had redecorated their lives in the past.

Abraham

The man Abraham was not only childless; he had nothing to his name. His decisions never counted. At a very old age he was still treated as a child by his Father, going only where his father was going. Let’s look at it in the book of Genesis 11:31, “And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.”

When God met this man, his life changed on the account of the vision God sold to him.

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

Genesis 12:1 (KJV)

How did the story of this man Abraham end?

And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things.

Genesis 24:1 (KJV)

A man who once had nothing to his name by following God became blessed in all things. This will be your story shortly in the name of Jesus.
