The word of God is a deliverance tool that makes free anyone it alight upon. It has inherent capacity to make free anyone who receives it. The book of John 1:12 make us understand that it has the power to empower whosoever receives it to be what it says. It is God’s wisdom for the deliverance of man and mankind.
We are empowered to become whatever we believe.
Escape from the domain of darkness is unattainable without the word of God. The word of God is the leader of the entourage that executes the liberation will of God.
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Psalms 107:20 (KJV)
The word of God is an effective agent of release that liberates man from the hold of the devil and his activities. The word of God is precise in its execution of freedom.
It's through the word of God that we are delivered from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light. By it, we are delivered from the dominion of darkness to the protectorate of light.
Born again is the only deliverance man need.
Once a man is delivered from the powers of darkness, darkness has no power to afflict the individual. It’s also impossible for a Christian to be possessed. And where there is no possession, deliverance is not needed.
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
1 Peter 1:23 (KJV)
Peter by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost made us understand that we are born again because the incorruptible seed of the word of God dwells in us.
The word of God which gave birth to us is incorruptible. The word of God which dwells in you through new birth cannot be destroyed by any activity of darkness, it’s indestructible. No attack of wickedness can take hold of you. You cannot be taken into custody by anyone. This makes it impossible for a believer to be possessed.
He also made us know that the word of God that gave birth to us doesn’t die. The word of God that gave birth to you, lives and stays with you forever. Hallelujah! You are immune to death. The life of God dwells in you and as long as it does, you can’t die. It makes you as immortal as God.
If you are born of the incorruptible seed of the word of God. It then means you are the word of God. According to Jesus in the book of John 3:6, “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” You are the word of God personified.
Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: 3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
2 Corinthians 3:2-3 (KJV)
You are God’s word sent to the earth to the rescue of mankind. You are a liberation agent; you are not seeking to be delivered if you are born again. You have already been rescued by Jesus Christ and sent to rescue others.
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Not only did God save us by His word, He also gave us the same word to go save others. There is something in the word of God that empowers it to save.
What makes the word of God a rescue agent?
- · The word of God is the decree of the King of kings.
Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

Where the word of a king is, there is a tremendous power of execution made available. No one goes against the word of a king and live. The Bible made us understand in the book of Revelation 17:14 that Jesus is both the King of kings and the Lord of lords. At his word, everything complies.
The verdict of a king is unquestionable. The only available option to the ruling of a king is complying.
The king's command is, “As many as receives him, to them gives power to become the sons of God – John 1:12.”
Receiving Jesus empowers you to become a son of God as Jesus was. You are in the same class with Jesus. Nothing can possess you, nothing can molest you. You are a delivery agent sent into the world as Jesus was.
Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you."

2. The word of God is God personified.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1 (KJV)
The word of God is God in words. The word of God carries God with it where ever it is sent to. It is the domain of God. The easiest and fastest place to locate God is in His word. God is in His word.
And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.
1 Samuel 3:21 (KJV)
God didn’t appear to Samuel by vision or dream. He appeared to him through His word. Samuel saw God through God’s word.
God is resident in His word.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
Mark 16:20 (KJV)
As they went preaching everywhere with the word of God, the Lord in His word was with them and confirming the word to be His with signs.
You can’t have the word of God and not have God. God is with the man who has the word of God. Anytime people are asking about God, know that His word is far from them.
Revelation 19:13
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
This is talking about Jesus. Jesus is not only the word of God personified. He answers to the word of God.
· 3. The word of God is the name of God
God answers to His word. The word of God is the most exalted name of God. God answers to His words. When you call someone’s name, the person will answer if he hears. In the same way, when you speak the word of God, God answers. God’s ears are in His word. You can’t speak the word of God and not have him answer.
I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

God answers to His word
No name of God is as exalted as the word of God. God speedily answers to His word than to all His names. Every time the word of God is spoken, God is invoked.
· 4.The word of God is a carrier of the Spirit of God
Then He said to me, "Son of man, stand on your feet that I may speak with you!" 2 As He spoke to me the Spirit entered me and set me on my feet, and I heard Him speaking to me.
Ezekiel 2:1-2 (NASB)
The word of God is the carrier of the Spirit of God. When God spoke to Ezekiel, the Spirit of God in the word of God entered into him and set him on his feet according to the command of God.
The Spirit of God is the executor of the word of God.
When God says something, it is the Spirit of God in that word that goes forward to carry out the decree.
· 5. The word of God carries the life of God
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life

The word of God which is the custodian of the Spirit of God is a carrier of the life of God. When the word of God enters a man, it goes in with the life of God giving the person God’s kind of life.
In the book of John 11:43 Jesus through his words restored life to Lazarus who was dead for four days. The life of God is resident in the word of God. Anytime it’s sent against death, it destroys death at his appearance.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

The word of God is the most efficient and lasting deliverance agent of man. Whosever the word of God makes free, can never be put in bondage again.
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
John 8:31-32 (KJV)
The word of God is truth according to John 17:17, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
And there is nothing that can be done against the truth. All things align themselves with the truth, executing the counsel of the truth.
For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

If you wish to be delivered from every operation of darkness or never to enter into any bondage of wickedness, this is a good opportunity to accept Jesus Christ the deliver and securer of the delivered into your life.
Say this prayer with me from the depth of your heart with all sincerity to join the company of those who cannot be possessed nor oppressed.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Oh Lord God, I believe with my entire hearth in your son Jesus Christ. I believe He died for me and You raised Him from the dead. I believe He is alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from today. Through Him and in His name I have eternal life.
I am born again. Thank you, Lord. I am now a child of God. Praise God!

CONGREGATIONAL PRAYER
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for everyone born again I decree total deliverance from every bondage of darkness from this moment. You are delivered from the powers of darkness right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
I decree the life of God in His word that gave birth to you to swallow all death in both your spirit and flesh in the name of Jesus Christ.
From this moment you are declared an agent of freedom, go and deliver others in the name of Jesus.
PERSONAL CONFESSION
I am a child of God. I am born of the word of God. The life of God dwells in me. Therefore I cannot be possessed or oppressed by evil spirits in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ my Lord and savior have saved me from the powers of darkness and has given me the life of God that makes it impossible for God to be oppressed.
I am free in Jesus name, Amen!
