The dominion of light over Darkness any day is instant and unquestionable. Light doesn’t struggle to displace darkness any day. The appearance of light signals the disappearance of darkness.
In the same way, the authority of the children of God over darkness and its cohorts is instant and incontestable. As a child of God, you are born a commander of darkness and its host. Your appearance in the domain of darkness is like the arrival of the Most High God in the mix of darkness.
And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, 24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. 25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. 26 And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

The evil spirit cried out, “Art thou come to destroy us?” Who told you evil spirit cannot be destroyed? You have heard it from their mouth. However, it is not everybody that can annihilate them. The only people that can wipe them out of existence are the Holy Ones of God (the born-again children of God). These destroyers of evil spirit don’t beg them. They command them and they obey because there is something inside them that enforces their decree over them.
One of the enforcers of the decree of the children of God we will be looking at today is termed: The light of God.
The Light of God is the most dangerous weapon against the kingdom of darkness. That is the weapon God will employ for the final annihilation of evil and darkness at the war of end.
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

God is not going to fight the devil, He has never done that. His appearance is the end of the wicked one. And as a child of God, your appearance is the end of the wicked one.
Therefore from today I decree every activity of darkness in your life and around your dwelling be terminated right now by the light of the word of God that shines in darkness and darkness comprehends it not in the name of Jesus Christ.
GOD YOUR FATHER IS LIGHT
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

God is the source of light. You cannot separate God from light. Both God and light are one. Someone once asked where the light in the account of creation between day one and day three came from before God created the sun and the moon on day four? He forgot that the sun isn’t light but a source of light. God commanded light into existence before He created its source.
God’s presence is an irrevocable source of light.
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Where God is, neither sun nor moon is needed. When he came to the earth he declared, “…I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12 – KJV)
As a child of God, you are also light like your Father. For the scriptures says in the book of John 3:6, “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” That means like gives birth to like. Spirit gives birth to spirit and Light gives birth to light. You are a child of light.
Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

HOW DOES THIS RELATE TO ME? YOU MAY ASK.
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

The Father sent Jesus as a light to the world to liberate the world from the grip of darkness. Jesus kept to that mandate by dislodging darkness and its armies from any place he went.
Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him. 15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;

Jesus wasn’t the source of the light that was manifesting in him. The Father was.
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

And anyone who has the Father has the light and cannot be in darkness neither can darkness come near the person.
Anyone who has God in him is a terror to darkness and its armies any day.
You are sent a light to your world by God to liberate them from all oppressions of darkness. Your appearance signals the disappearance of darkness anywhere.
HOW THE LIGHT OF GOD DELIVERED YOU FROM DARKNESS.
Every sinner dwells in the domain of darkness and is under the rule of darkness. A sinner is 24 hours under the oppressions and molestations of darkness. Devils oppress and molest such an individual at will because such a person lives in the sovereignty of darkness.
But at salvation when a sinner accepts Jesus Christ as his new Lord and Savior, God stretches forth His hand which is full of light into the province of darkness to relocate such a person to His kingdom of light.
At that instant, every deposit of darkness on such individual is dislodged by the entrance of the light of God into the individual. The surrounding darkness is as well destroyed and the light of God planted into the person.
The individual is at that instant born of God in the very domain of darkness. The forces of darkness hiding in obscurity and beholding the display of the dominion of light in its territory do nothing.
The individual has now been transferred a son of light into the domain of light without any deposit of darkness like His father.
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

As there is no darkness in God your Father, there is no darkness in you. Any form of darkness that comes near you ceases to exist. You are a terminator of darkness. Shout hallelujah!
You cannot be possessed because the light of God dwells in you. What does the light do? It terminates any form of darkness that comes near you.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

The greater the darkness, the brighter your shining.
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

Devil shouldn’t terrify you. You are their terminator. You appear they disappear. The larger their company the glorious your manifestation: their number is not a factor.
You are more than a conqueror.
But if you are not a child of light you cannot be exempted from the molestations of darkness. Being born of Light is the only way one can have dominion over darkness and its cohorts.
I invite you right now to accept the light of God into your life by making the following prayers with me from the depth of your heart with all sincerity.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Oh Lord God, I believe with my entire hearth in your son Jesus Christ. I believe He died for me and You raised Him from the dead. I believe He is alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from today. Through Him and in His name I have eternal life.
I am born again. Thank you Lord. I am now a child of God. Praise God!

CONGREGATIONAL PRAYER
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I decree total deliverance for this one who has received your light into his or her life from every bondage of darkness from this moment. The light of God that shines in darkness and darkness withstand it not make you free in the name of Jesus Christ.
I declare you free from all oppressions of the devil in the name of Jesus Christ.
From this moment you are declared an agent of freedom, go and deliver others in the name of Jesus.
PERSONAL CONFESSION
I am a child of God. I am born of the light of God. The light of God dwells in me. Darkness has no place both in me and around me in the name of Jesus Christ.
Therefore I cannot be possessed or oppressed by evil spirits in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ my Lord and savior have saved me from the powers of darkness and have given me the light of God that makes it impossible for God to be oppressed or possessed. And as a child of God, you are excepted from oppressions of darkness in the name of Jesus Christ.
I am free in Jesus name, Amen!
