Thinking about the myriads of animals and their suffering, the poor and endangered people of the world, and the supposed lower realms of exponentially worse and longer suffering, how could it ever get this way? Isn't there something radically wrong with whatever scheme of existence lead to this? Shouldn't this be interrupted/intervened in by any means necessary? Isn't this an emergency?
