I know that Mormons think planets are beings. A lama mentioned to a group of listeners that the center of the universe probably has a sense of self, as does the earth. Clearly I’m simplifying a bit, but are there any Suttas on the origins of celestial objects? I.E. what karma causes Saturn to have rings?
