As I wrap up the discussion on this topic, it will be of utmost importance for you to know that the fastest and the most easiest way out of Pressure is for you to give up on yourself and rely solely on Jesus Christ. The pain has lingered for long because, you have been trying to work things out mechanically. You are superman and even if superman does exist, it is only in abstract.

Allow Jesus take the wheel from your hands because you can’t go through that pressure alone. Build an intimate relationship with the one, who puts the pressure there, he will show you the way out of it. Am not saying he will take it away for you. He will only show you a sure way which might look so insignificant and if you take advantage of it, you will see miracles happen. But if you do nothing about it, the pressure will remain there until you are ready
What to do when you are under pleasure

When you are under pressure, you will make stupid decisions. Decisions made under pressure can never be corrected; you will only be doing what is called damage control in other to correct the situation. Never dig a Hole to cover a hole. Do you know that whenever you dig a hole, covering the hole with the sand you have dogged out from the hole is never enough. So you see, you must think carefully and not be rational when making a decision under pressure. .

3. Rejoice and don't allow depression set in.
4. Hold fast to your confession of faith.
