(ਹੇ ਭਾਈ!) ਜਿੰਦ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ (ਹੀ ਅਸਲ) ਧਨ ਹੈ, (ਇਹ ਧਨ) ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਭੀ ਤੇ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ (ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ॥੧॥

(हे भाई!) जिंद के वास्ते प्राणों के वास्ते परमात्मा का नाम (ही असल) धन है, (ये धन) इस लोक में भी और परलोक में भी प्राणों के साथ काम (देता है)।1।
