Moore was appointed in April by West Brom when Alan Pardew left after a run of nine defeats
West Bromwich Albion have now been relegated from the Premier League. This means that they will play in the Championship next season.
However, despite WBA being relegated, players have been putting pressure on the club to appoint Darren Moore as permanent manager.
It appears even the FA noticed his work and this earned him the manager of the month award yesterday.
Moore called for unity when he stepped up from his role as first-team coach last month.
As caretaker boss he masterminded victories over Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur and drew with Liverpool in his five games without defeat.
The players were impressed by Moore’s tactical work and how he has managed them.
