Goddess Brahmacharini Worship 2nd Day Navratri

Goddess Brahmacharini is one of the nine forms of Goddess Durga. Brahmacharini Mata is worshiped on the 2nd day of Navratri Festival. Here “Brahma” refers to “Tapa” and Brahmacharini is means the one who perform Tapa or penance.  The goddess is represented in her meditative aspect as a Sannyasin or pious women. Tapashcharini, Uma and Aparna are other names of the goddess.  Appearance  Goddess
