SVdPLA Circle V Ranch Camp Director Ray Lopez extended heartfelt gratitude to U.S. Forest Service firefighter Dave Dahlberg, just after he returned from being recognized during the State of the Union in Washington, DC on 1/30/18. Dave was the first of a team of first responders to reach Circle V during the Whittier wildfire--one of many “guardian angels” that helped rescue 58 campers and 24 adult staff on 7/8/17. Congratulations on your national honor, Dave!
