This week is my final swimming Lesson and last week's lesson was fine?  Weirdly so?

I purchased Nose plug things and promptly forgot them at home.  And then was again able to breathe out of my mouth and had very few (just a couple) of water-in-nose incidents.  I did get water in my ear though, but that might have been due to a little bit of backstroke practice or just because... swimming.

So yeah, the lesson was fine, my biggest issue again was the lack of cardio (and needing to stop to catch my breath) and a few inhalations of water or water up/in nose but I mean in general it felt and seemed better than last week and I'm glad I went because oh boy I did NOT want to! But I did.  And maybe that matters most of all.

Am more than a little Confused however by the water up the nose the whole time lesson of a couple of weeks ago.  Who knows what that was about.
