I was coming home from work today and something landed on my windshield.  A little tiny bug of some sort, so I turned on my wipers to Flick it off, but unfortunately, it didn't flick, it got squashed and smeared across my windshield.

Doubly unfortunately, that long smear was DIRECTLY in my line of sight.  Like... directly.  And?  Whatever I had just unwittingly killed would not wash off with the wiper fluid.  Trust me, I tried!

So, it made for an interesting drive home, with a line in the middle of my vision... and high sun (which was lovely but BRIGHT) and yes, I washed everything off as soon as I got home and parked.

Perhaps next time I will wait and see if the little bug flies off on its own.  Ahem.
