I most often roll over onto my left side to fully fall asleep. It's a Weird thing I don't want to dive into too much so that I don't completely weird myself out about it and never sleep again, so yeah... anyway.
Last night, I rolled over and OW. I was unable to lie on that shoulder. Huh? I tried a few times, I'm not kidding, shouting OW! OW! OW! out loud (to myself!) each time I tried to lie on it. WHAT? I had no idea what was happening or why (it's not like I was doing major lifting or arm... stuff during the day?) and I really wanted to sleep so I rolled onto my back, grabbed my neck brace thing, threw it on and tried to avoid that side/rolling over.
I woke up this morning and my shoulder feels fine? The neck area of the opposite side is a little irritated but I have no idea what on earth was going on with that shoulder, like I could NOT be on it, huh? I even checked to see if there was some kind of something on my bed that I was rolling onto but nope.
So um, yeah, that was weird and like OW! (What?)
Bodies... I tells ya.
