6 Exercises for the Female Breasts

1. Put your hands out in the front of you and grasp your wrist with each hand.Now push up as though you were pushing up your sleeve,but hold tight enough so that your hands do not slip.This is an isometric exercises which is a classic for pectorals.To do it properly,you should feel a movement in the Breast area.Do a slow count to 5 and repeat 10times.

2.Hold an unopened soup can in each hand.Extend your arms straight forward then swing them in large circles,forward then backwards.Do this ten times.

3.Hold a towel over your head.Swing it back and forth over your head,keeping your arms straight and the towel taut.Repeat,gradually increasing it to 10 times.

4.Sit in the lotus position[preferable] or any comfortable position on the floor.Put your hands behind your head and learn forward slowly.Try to touch the floor with your forehead,but do it gently and slowly.Repeat 10 times.

5.Do push-ups if you have your doctor's permission

6.Swimming is an excellent toner for the breast.Most women swimmers have firm and well-formed breasts
