Hello Everyone....HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Glad you are still there and with me! This is probably the most important conversation for this year. The unfortunate crisis in Haiti is something to behold! Also to see all the people responding and putting their lives in harms way to help the people in Haiti! Now that is what I call "customer service" and the people deserve to be served. I am so very proud of all the people there. My prayers are with them all. If you can donate, do so with an honorable charity. There is nothing worse than for people to try and capitalize from others misfortune.

The other great "customer servant" whose birthday we just celebrated, Martin Luther King!
What a man to put his butt on the line for people he did not know but gave his life to fight a cause. In both cases, we can also help by being better citizens and make a concerted effort to do it daily to make a difference. That is the way to honor MLK's life. We also believe it or not, we improve the energy and spirit in Haiti! Try it and see!
