THIS COULD NOT BE HAPPENING TO YOU...

I must be the only person having these issues. I do not know of anyone more positive, even tempered, kind than I am. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt even when I am the offended ( I never see myself as a victim). I also trust people until they give me a reason not to. As I write I am answering my own question and I cannot believe me. But get this, once I pay for the Post to be delivered, for two Sundays no paper! I switch my phone service from a company I feel has the worse Customer Service ever. I was harassed by them with mailings everyday so what did I do, went back to them and their same lousy service. Now I have to tolerate what I get as I dare not to complain. So my question is...are these situations unique to me because I am so focused on customer service? After all, what we think about come about! No person should be required to become an employee of every company they deal with to understand that company's policies and procedures and second guess them also. What's up with this? In addition, these companies are falling into financial ruins, now that I can really understand. Ok, enough already! We collectively deserve to be treated better especially by those we pay to serve us.
