What goes into making you a superhuman? Not just foods, but superfoods. Therefore, it is important to talk about the potentially enriching nutrient values in such foods that are not just superfoods, but organic superfoods.

Today, we are talking about Organic Cumin Seeds and give you all that you must know before you try to avoid cumin as a highly effective medicinal spice used in daily household dishes. Cumin is traditionally used in India in dry, roasted and grounded form for all sorts of traditional Indian dishes. Not just in India, but Mexico has great reverence for cumin traditionally. Iron is particularly important for women, since it helps in regulating the monthly cycle of girls.

Cumin has remarkable amount of calcium (more than 900 mg per 100 grams) which accounts for over 90% of our daily requirement of calcium. This calcium is an important constituent of milk and hence cumin is very good for lactating mothers.
  7. Boils- Boils are resultant of increased toxins in the body, showing warning signs for major clinical detoxification of the body that is required immediately for the one suffering from the same. Those who add cumin to their diet daily are less prone to rashes, pimples and/or any other form of skin allergies or conditions. Components such as cuminaldehyde, thymol, and phosphorus are good detoxifying agents in cumin that help eliminate chances of such conditions for longer time of our lives.

Taco Seasoning Recipe:

1/4 cup Chili Powder

1/4 cup Organic Cumin Seeds Powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon organic Oregano leaf (or oregano leaf powder)

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup himalayan salt or sea salt (optional)

1 teaspoon ground pepper

To make: Put all in jar and shake well or mix in a food processor until mixed. Store in an airtight jar for up to six months. Makes approximately 1 cup. To use: sprinkle on ground beef or chicken as you would any store bought taco seasoning. 3 tablespoons is the same as 1 packet of store bought taco seasoning. Great for lettuce tacos.
