Michael Misleh says, “I think the guests that came in for the first time, once we opened the dining room, were definitely a little nervous about how the experience was going to be for them. But, as they left, and they left with a smile, and they said ‘We’ll see you soon. We’ll come back.’, that made us feel really confident that we were doing things the right way.”
