If getting paid twenty thousand dollars to hike the Appalachian Trail and drink beer sounds like a dream, you’ll want to apply for this job! Devils Backbone Brewing Company is looking for a Chief Hiking Officer. Qualifications are “you gotta love hiking and beer”.
The right candidate will get paid to hike all 2,200 miles of the Appalachian Trail in 2021. It should take about 5 to 7 months of hiking and camping under the stars. The Chief Hiking Officer will be outfitted with CFO gear, flown to the trail head and can expect some “big ol’ beer parties along the way.
