Coming up with Valentine’s Day plans for your significant other can be a stressful event. With such high expectations for the holiday of love, you don’t want to let anyone down.

Well, Comparitech took Google’s list of top romantic comedy movies and searched each film individually on Google Trends to find which scored the highest. So, take it easy this Feb. 14 and cuddle up on the couch with your state’s favorite rom-com, or go through the list of the other most popular flicks.

And results show that Ohio’s favorite is… The 40-Year-Old Virgin!

As for the rest of the country, the United States shows a diverse rom-com taste for timeless classics, such as Bringing up Baby and Pretty in Pink, to modern flicks, like 50 First Dates.

Some states are even rom-com crazy. Comparitech’s research found that Alaska, the District of Columbia, Maine, Utah and Vermont have more than one favorite romantic comedy. To designate which is the most popular film for that state, researchers used the film that was more popular over the last 12 months.

Also, several states love the flicks that were filmed right in their backyards. Washington’s top pick is 10 Things I Hate About You and Pennsylvania’s is Silver Linings Playbook. Viewers likely enjoy seeing their own state as the movie’s backdrop.
