Tailored to weddings and large events, the ‘Milestone Affairs’ menu includes casual snack bars and American classic food truck items, in addition to more formal plated meals and sides. The catering team can serve your guests, for example, signature appetizers of filet mignon crostinis, Thai chili chicken skewers, eggplant meatballs, Reuben egg rolls, and cucumber cups, followed by plated sides and entrees with vegetarian and vegan options.
