MSN Web Messenger is as of today Integrated with your HotMail account. You can basicaly use web msn messenger and talk to others while composing new email. To message someone go to contacts, click on the person you would like to talk to and click on “Send an Instant Message (Available). Or better yet, sign up with Gmail
