Show File Extensions on Windows

File extensions are by default hidden on Windows

But in this Article, you’re going to learn how to easily make them show up.

How to show file extensions

Open up any folder, click View, and then tick the File name extensions checkbox.

If that didn’t work for you, let’s try a different approach.

Go to the search bar and search for File Explorer Options.

Then go to View and untick the Hide extensions for known file types checkbox.

You are all set
