Pending Workers Are Not Automatically Converted To Hires
Cause:
The user was selecting 'On proposed start date' as the conversion criteria.
Given the proposed date was future dated, the conversion criteria should have been 'Before proposed start date.
Solution.
1. For the pending worker marked to be included in the auto conversion, the conversion factor should be chosen depending on the proposed start date.
2. If the proposed start date is a future date please select the 'Before proposed start date' criteria while running the schedule job "Run Convert Pending Workers Automatically Process''
After the job completes the worker will no longer be under the Pending worker tab
