Export to PDF in jQuery Using Shield UI

Portable Document Format (PDF) is the most popular file format for presenting documents on all devices, operating systems and software applications. Each PDF file contains a fixed-layout document that may include text, fonts, graphics and other information.

The Shieldui suite provides developers the ability to generate complex PDF documents in their web projects, and made them available for download directly in the web browser.

The Exporting functionality is built-in in the ShieldUI Grid, making it very easy to be enabled and configured. Using just options, developers can set up various header and column options. For more complex scenarios involving data manipulation and overriding, there are several commands that can be overriden.

The PDF export functionality is available for all platforms - JavaScript&HTML5, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC and Java Apache Wicket. For more information check the documentation and the live demo.
