Type gpedit.msc in RUN dialog box and goto: USER CONFIGURATION->ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES-> SYSTEM in right-side pane, Select Ctrl+alt+Del options--> set "Remove Tak Manager" to either Not Configured or Disabled
