An Irishman, resident in Partaloa, has been sentenced to two years in prison for a peculiar crime. He and a British companion (still on the loose, apparently) were drinking in a bar in Partaloa as you do one evening (there really isn't much else to do there). They had met an old British Couple at some point, probably talked about football, or dogs, or the terrible immigrant problem in England (Partaloa itself is about 40% British).
Later, as the evening wore on, the Irishman and his companion went round to the elderly couple's house with some story of having picked up their mobile phone, installed themselves there, beat up the old couple and drank all their whisky. After four hours, when all the booze was gone, the miscreants left with 75 euros they had taken from the bruised couple.
