Ogden Ave DATE OF ACCIDENT: 03/12/2017 TIME: 11:17 pm EVENT #: 170312­4044 Number: 1 Driver: Perez, Linda Injury: None Address: Las Vegas, NV Age: 67 Female Vehicle Information: 2003 Honda Civic Number: 2 Pedestrian: Pending Notification Injury: Fatal Address: Las Vegas, NV Age: 54 Male COLLISION DETAILS: On March 12, 2017, at approximately 11:17 pm, a fatal pedestrian traffic collision occurred at the intersection of North Eastern Avenue and East Ogden Ave. Evidence at the scene indicates a 2003 Honda Civic was traveling south on Eastern Ave and was approaching the intersection of Ogden Ave when it impacted a pedestrian walking in the right travel lane. The pedestrian was transported to UMC Trauma Hospital with serious injuries and was pronounced dead after arrival. The operator of the Honda remained at the collision scene to report the collision to police. This is the 26th traffic related fatality in LVMPD's jurisdiction for the year of 2017. This collision remains under investigation by the LVMPD Collision Investigation Section.
