Emmerdale's Gabby Thomas (played by Rosie Bentham) is set to have her world ripped apart after her husband-to-be finally confesses he is gay.

In official spoilers released by ITV, Nicky (Lewis Cope) meets his true love Ally (Josh Horrocks), who suggests he marries him instead. Nicky looks thrown yet walks away.

Meanwhile, Nicky continues to hate the lie he is living and panics when his dad Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) tells him the goalposts have moved again, they will have to play a longer game.

However, a frustrated Nicky tells his dad he wants out and doesn't want to go through with the wedding.

The next day, the wedding buzz begins as the families prepare for the big day and Caleb is quietly smug as he introduces Adrian to Kim Tate (Claire King).

As the pair hit it off, Caleb is happy his plan is seemingly going like clockwork.

Meanwhile, Gabby is now in her wedding dress, but emotional as she reveals to Nicky how she wants him to officially adopt her son Thomas.

However, the nanny finally cracks and blurts out he is gay and can't go through with the wedding.

Gabby is sideswiped by the news and is left totally devastated by Nicky's confession.

With the news finally out, will Gabby end up fleeing the village with Thomas after another failed relationship?

Or, will Nicky finally expose his and Caleb's plan to take down Kim Tate?

Since Caleb and Nicky's real plan was exposed, fans have been coming up with their own theories about what will happen next.

Some claim Kim has already figured out what they are up to, while others think Nicky will "double-cross" his dad.
