On Tuesday, some youths under the aegis of Akoko South West Youth Forum (AYF), lauded the management of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), on the global rating of the Institution as Best State-owned University in Nigeria.

AYF in a statement obtained by our Correspondent and signed by its Chairman, Caretaker Committee, Joseph Ojo; Secretary, Caretaker Committee, Samson Ajagun; and P.R.O Caretaker Committee, Ben Moses, applauded the relentless pursuit of excellence exhibited by the entire University Community.

The forum said it recognized the collective efforts of the Vice Chancellor Prof. Olugbenga Ige, esteemed members of the Board of Governing Council, tireless management team, and the exceptional student body for their significant contributions towards this prestigious recognition.

The statement partly read, “Adekunle Ajasin University's commitment to providing quality education, fostering an enabling learning environment, and promoting academic excellence has been duly acknowledged. This well-deserved accolade serves as an inspiration to other educational institutions and reinforces the University's position as a leading hub for knowledge, innovation, and societal transformation.
