Kellyanne Conway debuts a new argument saying that Brett Kavanaugh shouldn’t “bear decades of the #MeToo movement” as Deborah Ramirez accuses him of sexual misconduct while they were both students at Yale University.
“I just don’t think one man’s shoulders should bear decades of the #MeToo movement,” Conway said during an appearance on CBS This Morning on Monday morning.

Conway dismissed Ramirez as a “so-called accuser,” adding, “Indeed, this is starting to feel like a vast left wing conspiracy.”
Um, never mind the fact that Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court is a lifetime position. If he’s going to judge others, shouldn’t we also be in a position to judge him too?
Just last week, Conway said that Kavanaugh’s first accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, deserved to be heard and should not be attacked. This week she’s singing a different tune. Predictable.
Ramirez told the New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer that Kavanaugh pushed his penis in her face during a dorm party at Yale when they were freshmen. Dr. Blasey Ford said he tried to rape her at a party 36 years ago when they were teenagers. The accusations are similar in that they both took place at parties.
A third woman is set to come forward with allegations about Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge. Michael Avenatti, who represents Stormy Daniels, tweeted an email he sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee counsel with questions about gang rapes during drinking.
Reaction on Twitter:
He’s one man who could have a lifetime appointment to SCOTUS — YES he should. If he can’t handle it, nominate a moderate woman who can…

Kavanaugh and George Conway were involved in the graphic questioning of Clinton during his impeachment. The docs are out there. This argument reeks of very privileged “elites” believing rules don’t apply to people like them.
