German drugmaker Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. filed a pair of patent infringement suits Friday in New Jersey federal court over bids by Sandoz Inc. and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries to market generic versions of its cancer therapy drug.
