A former executive with furniture manufacturer Brown Jordan International Inc. urged the Eleventh Circuit on Friday to reverse a lower court's findings that he violated the Stored Communications Act and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and was terminated for cause after he accessed co-workers' emails and reported potential wrongdoing.
