It has been confirmed that Nigeria’s representative in the CAF Confederation Cup Rivers United will have their home games away from Adokie Amasiamaka Stadium in Port-Harcourt.
The Pride of Rivers qualified for the group stage of the competition after they defeated Etoile Filante of Burkina Faso 2-0 on aggregate.

Update coming from the African Soccer ruling body indicates that Port Harcourt Stadium has not been approved and they will have to adopt another home.
Goodswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo was the only stadium approved for Rivers United.
The Rivers state-based side also used Uyo for their home games in the competition last season
