Canada’s reputation as a neutral, fair, and principled nation on the global stage is at stake. Isolating India based on shaky grounds could lead Canada down a perilous path, where it stands isolated, having swapped a dependable democratic partner for extremist ideologies.
Canada must reassess its stance and base its actions and statements on substantiated evidence, rather than unfounded allegations. Solidarity, mutual respect, and evidence-based decision-making should underpin Canada-India relations. Only by embracing these principles can both nations forge a brighter future together.
