By Irum Saleem     PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz has asked ousted premier Imran Khan to reveal the identities of “Mr X and Mr Y” which he said giving threatening calls to Pti Mpas.     Apparently she wants Khan to follow her father in this case. But she is forgetting that her father Nawaz Sharif had named the names after fleeing to London.      Nawaz Sharif had named Army Chief Gen Qamar Bajwa and then ISI chief Lt Gen Faiz Hameed for rigging in 2018 elections and imposing Imran Khan on the nation.     Maryam wants Imran to follow suit
