Jazz under fire in Twitter after PTA slaps Rs30m fine on it

By Irum Saleem Consumers vent out their anger at Jazz on Twitter on Wednesday after the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) imposed a fine of Rs30 million on the Pakistan Mobile Communication Limited (PMCL) — JAZZ — for its failure to comply with the Quality of Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in seven cities of the country.    The PTA has also directed the licensee to improve the quality of licensed services so as to meet or exceed the target value of QoS parameters as per the license standards and QoS Regulations.
