Islami Jamiat Tulba attacked the Institute of Communication Studies (ICS) of Punjab University and injured three students over the issue of boys sitting with girls on Thursday. Vice-Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran has recently  appointed the most junior – Swera Shami – daughter of known anchor Mujibur Rehman Shami the head of the ICS replacing senior most Dr Noshina Salim over a ‘petty issue’. Many students are seeing the IJT influence in the ICS in connection with the appointment of new head who is not as strict
