Former Chairman House Committee on Appropriation,Abdulmumin Jubrin has asked Speaker dogara and three other principal officers to step aside for investigation to commence over alleged padding of the 2016 Budget.

Speaker Dogara is a fraudster,lacks intergrity to superintend the House,

If Mr Speaker is still allowed to superintendent the house, it will be the 10th wonders of the world says Jubrin.

Jubrin without mining word said that corruption has been a big business under Speaker Dogara,it is a known fact that legislative investigation is used as avenue to extort money in an organized crime aided and abetted by Mr Speaker,they even call it COMMERCIAL MOTION.

Jubrin says he will expose budget fraud and wipe out corruption in the House of Representatives and will explore all legal avenue to ensure Justice is served.
