Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Sunday said,MEND plans to assassinate him but could not give a clear picture why the dreaded militants  are after his life.

On Thursday MEND Spokesman Mr white accused Jonathan of being the Chief Patron of the Niger Delta Avengers NDA.

The former president's media aid Ikechukwu Eze responds to the allegation,said the ex -President can not do such,that he is a man that meant well for Nigerians and Nigeria  as a Whole and such unguided allegation should be rebuff.

You can remember that the former president house was invaded and burnt by the militant in effort to assassinate him but with the combined efforts of the determined security forces who repelled the attack.

Henry Okay who is serving jail terms in South African for the twin bomb explosion which saw innocent Nigerians being killed has always had the intention to destroy Jonathan.

The former President Jonathan was at the Villa with President Muhammadu Buhari for a private discussion, but many believed that his visits to the villa will be as a result of the attack and destruction of oil facilities in the Niger delta region.
