Nigerians slams President Buhari for replacing the minister for state for Petroleum Resources, Dr Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu of the position of the Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to Dr Maikanti Baru.
