While we Cry, Akwa Ibom needs peace

While we Cry, Akwa Ibom needs peace

In the heat of ensuing political tension not from hatred or ethnic bigotry but from sheer marginalization and incompetence/outcry of wrongly treated citizens.

Deacon Udom Emmanuel in his struggle for re-election has been preaching a stupid propaganda of peace yet again to the gullible among the citizens.
Ask yourself, is Akwa Ibom in any war crisis?

The Man that is purportedly seeking peace for the state had earlier in 2018 been silent for over 6 months on the crisis at Etim Ekpo and Ukanfun LGA which had claimed many lives, properties and rendered many homeless.

An AKTC bus was burnt on Akwa Ibom soil alongside passengers, young women were raped and travellers plying the road robbed and some killed. Some Indegenes of Etim Ekpo fled their homes for survival only for the Deacon/peace preacher to surface when it was obvious that elections were approaching closely.
One may decide to ask – If the Etim Ekpo crisis had been a case in Onna LGA, would the governor show such demeaning and recalcitrant response?

May I bring to your notice that no good government overlooks  crisis claiming lives of Innocent citizens of its people.

Is Udom Emmanuel really a man of peace or just a desperate public office beneficiary trying to save his head?

The level of hypocrisy displayed by this fellow is beyond comprehension and very shameful, especially knowing that this is coming from a supposed dedicated Christian who is a deacon in the church.

Udom is not good for the people of Akwa Ibom State, please reject him on the 9th of March, 2019.
