It begs the question, Can the Sewer and waterlines handle the over-development in the area?
Is unregulated development part of the problem? With King Tides and flooding, is this the beginning of the new norm?
Ft. Lauderdale had six sewer line breaks in three weeks recently. Glad this was just a water line.
Should developers be required to replace the old infrastructure or should they just be permitted to add to it and overload the system?
