A curated musical tour/bar crawl through Coconut Grove is taking place Saturday, January 18, all to raise money for the Castaways Against Cancer.
Castaways Against Cancer help find a cure, by raising funds for cancer fighting organizations mostly through kayaking. They have kayaked over 3000 miles in 20 years and raised over $1 million.
There are 5 stops and 10 DJs.
7:00 to 9:00 pm: Sandbar (Music by Coconut Groove)
8:30 to 10:30 pm: Oasis (Music by Sunny Side Up)
10:00 to midnight: Electric Cuda (Music by Deep Playa)
11:30 to 1:30 am: Tavern (Music by Castaways)
1:00 to 3:00 am: Sandbar (Music by Nii Tei)
Plus:
11:00 to 1:00 am: Miks (Lucid Project) at Sandbar
1:30 to 3:00 am: Symbiosis at the Tavern
Combo Ticket includes 5 free drinks (1 for each spot during the designated time) as well as some donated goodies. Proceeds from these ticket sales will benefit the Castaways Against Cancer. Tickets may be purchased here. They start at $20.00.
