Plymouth Church is holding a Service Fair

Plymouth Church is holding a service fair on Sunday January 12 to introduce Grove residents and church members to various service opportunities in our community – all of which the Church supports.  

The event will be held in Davis Hall at 11 am – right after 1 0am worship. It's is free and all are welcome. 

Historic Plymouth Congregational Church, which has been serving the Grove community since 1897, is located at 3400 Devon Road off of Main Highway.

Fifteen community organizations/projects are participating, including:
Chapman Partnership for the Homeless
Habitat for Humanity
Thelma Gibson Health Initiative
Coconut Grove Crisis Food Pantry
Rebuilding Together – Miami Dade
Jamaica Christmas Dinner Project
Footprints Foundation - Birthing Kits for Africa
Family Resource Center
ICU Baby
CARE (Christian Academy for Reading Excellence)
This N’ That Shop
Plymouth Emergency Response Fund
Plymouth Board of Outreach and Missions
Migrant Fellowship
The START Program

The event is structured to promote volunteer activity and new connections and give residents as well as church members a chance to meet representatives of each organizations/projects to discuss and learn about service opportunities. 

Refreshments and finger food will be provided.
