A Plausible Chronology

This [highly-speculative-not-Thus-saith-the-LORD] chronology improves upon previous research and is based on "The Final Four" scenario; it manages to reconcile a number of well-attested dates, including James Ussher's traditional creation date based on the Masoretic Text (4004 BC), the traditional date of the Exodus (1446 BC), the traditional date of the entrance into the Promised Land (1407–1406 BC), Ezekiel's jubilee (574–573 BC), and several historically-observed Shmita years as established by the remarkable Jewish historian Ben Zion Wacholder (ironically born on September 23rd of 1921), including AD 70 and 133.

Notably, this Chronology shifts from using the civil Tishri to Elul calendar to the biblical Nisan to Adar calendar. The motivation is threefold: first, because God explicitly states that Nisan will be the first month for Israel (Ex. 12:1–2); second, because in the context of Shmita cycles and jubilees, Tishri is regarded as the seventh and not the first month (Lev. 25:8–9); and third, because historical types and shadows of the Abomination of Desolation have occurred in the mid-summer to mid-winter timeframe, rather than the mid-winter to mid-summer timeframe (while many focus on the Passover season in this regard, historical occurrences have occurred in the opposite half of the year: think both Temple destructions, Av 9, Antiochus/Hanukkah, the Nazi Wannsee Conference, etc).
