Bill Whittle makes a compelling argument in defense of Gun Ownership Rights in part 5 of his Firewall series. Personally I never really understood why some people believe the 2nd amendment is about hunting. Think about whenever some liberal or progressive group attempts to create laws that restrict or limit gun ownership they always use the sales pitch that hunting will not be impacted. I always reply to that argument by saying the 2nd amendment is not about hunting.
