Supreme Court take action against Dr. Vivek Bindra Company Bada Business Pvt Ltd.

In response to a plea accusing motivational speaker Vivek Bindra scam and his company Bada Business Pvt Ltd of fraudulent activity, the Supreme Court has requested statements from the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate, the Center, and other parties, including thirteen states. The petition asked for the Center to order the formation of a special investigation team (SIT) of the CBI to look into the allegations made against the social media influencer and his company, alleging that they deceived individuals into parting with their money through a Ponzi scheme that offered large returns.

Senior lawyer Vikas Singh, acting on behalf of Shubham Chaudhary and 19 other petitioners, submitted that Bindra and his firm have defrauded multiple persons of their money. As per the plea, Bindra, who describes himself as a motivational speaker, along with his marketing staff allegedly duped thousands of young people from over a dozen states in India.

“The purpose of the extensive advertisements on various social media platforms is to enrol young people in a course that falsely claims to teach them how to build a successful business that can earn anywhere from Rs 15,000 to Rs 1,00,000 per month. If the candidates fail to meet this goal, Vivek Bindra promises to refund the entire fee,” the plea stated.

It alleged that Vivek Bindra also offered a 10-day MBA program in an attempt to entice naive youth.
It is important to note that the All India Council for Technical Education, or AICTE, has firmly stated that the MBA crash courses provided by these people or organizations are deceptive and improper in a public notice titled “Advisory against Fake MBA program targeting youth” dated December 28, 2023.
